Tufton Welcomes Usain With Cassava

Jamaica's Minister of Agriculture, Dr. Christopher Tufton, has been the subject of numerous jokes since he proposed the increased acceptance and use of cassava as a local substitute for imported starches such as rice and wheat. Here he welcomes Usain home with a big bag of home grown cassava.
