Bolt Being Humorous or Disrespectful?

Many found Bolt's post-win antics to be humorous and befitting of his age and personality, meanwhile the NBC TV commentators for the most part were not amused.
Somehow they seem to have forgotten that the Americans are the originators and Kings & Queens of post-win showboating, particularly in the track & field events.
